Extension of Public Comment Period for proposed NYS DEC Division of Mineral Resources Program Policy on Mining Projects and Climate Change Considerations

The NYS DEC has extended the public comment period for proposed Draft Program Policy DMN-4: Mining Projects and Climate Change Considerations until February 18, 2025.

Public Comment on the proposed Program Policy DMN-4

The public comment period commenced on December 18, 2024. Written statements can be submitted to [email protected]and will be accepted through February 18, 2025. Please indicate "DMN-4" or "Mined Land Climate Policy" in the subject line of comments submitted via email.
