Justyna brings more than twenty years of experience advising Polish and international clients on intellectual property, advanced technologies, data protection and cybersecurity, with particular depth in complex, multi-jurisdictional and highly regulated transactions. She has led patent litigation and unfair competition disputes for over a decade and regularly advises on enforcement, risk strategy and dispute resolution in technology-driven matters.

Justyna Wilczyńska-Baraniak is joining Greenberg Traurig with her team of six lawyers. The new practice will work closely with the firm's established Intellectual Property and Technology team. Together, they will combine expertise in intellectual property and technology with a dedicated focus on cybersecurity, defense, new technology transfer, AI and data protection.
