UNM School of Engineering invites visitors to Nov. 8 Open House

Come see what the University of New Mexico School of Engineering has to offer! Future students and the public are invited to attend the annual Engineering Open House, Nov. 8.

Hosted by the Engineering Student Success Center, the event will include tours of research labs, opportunities to learn about student groups and scholarship information.

The event is set to take place from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. at Centennial Engineering Center's Stamm Commons, with frequent tours and interactive events nearby.

The Open House will give future students and their parents an opportunity to see firsthand what the UNM Engineering and Computer Science has to offer. Tours will include research lab facilities around the School's academic departments and capstone projects.

Event goers may park for free in lots A, B, C or P. Parking is not permitted in spaces marked reserved, service vehicle parking, handicap parking, fire lanes, loading zones, official vehicle parking and yellow curb parking. Parking is also available in the Cornell Parking Structure, located on Redondo Drive. In addition, there is parking at the Yale Parking Structure off of Lomas Boulevard.
