Dentons announced today that Raymond P. Dudlo has joined the Firm's Corporate practice as a partner in the Evansville office. He advises healthcare entities and businesses on regulatory compliance, data privacy and complex dispute resolution matters. Raymond counsels hospitals, behavioral health providers and other healthcare organizations on federal and state regulatory frameworks, including HIPAA, 42 C.F.R. Part 2, Stark Law and Anti-Kickback compliance. He also represents healthcare entities and individual practitioners in licensure and disciplinary investigations before state agencies and professional boards.
A significant component of his healthcare practice involves data privacy and cybersecurity-advising on pre-incident readiness, incident response and post-incident remediation for data-breach events and cyberattacks.
In addition to his regulatory and transactional work, Raymond maintains an active litigation practice that complements his healthcare focus, representing clients in compliance-related disputes, real estate and property litigation, lien enforcement and other business conflicts. He aligns litigation strategy with operational and compliance objectives to deliver practical, business-forward outcomes.
"Raymond's experience will be especially beneficial to our healthcare clients as they navigate the complex regulatory and compliance requirements and evaluate their systems to ensure protection of sensitive data. We are excited to welcome Raymond to our team," said Bill Kaiser, co-chair of Dentons' National Corporate practice.
"We are strengthening our practices at Dentons with skilled lawyers like Raymond who will serve our clients at the highest level and help with issues that are top of mind, including compliance and data privacy. Raymond will be a great asset for our clients and our Firm," said Keith Bice, Managing Partner.
