GSEHD Professor Receives Graduate Faculty Teaching Award

Shaista Khilji was recognized for excellence and innovation in doctoral education.

Shaista Khilji, chair and professor in the Human and Organizational Learning Department at the Graduate School of Education and Human Development, has received the Graduate Faculty Teaching Award at the doctoral level from the Northeastern Association of Graduate Schools.

The prestigious honor recognizes outstanding commitment to graduate teaching and innovation across both classroom and distance learning environments. Khilji stood out for her excellence and creativity in the teaching of graduate students.

She has well-established expertise in leadership, talent development, cross-cultural management and organizational change. She has designed, carried out and published findings of more than 45 research projects. Her most recent work focuses on neoliberal universities, macro talent management and humanizing organizations.
