President of the Kyrgyz Republic Sadyr Japarov addressed the deputies, highlighting the parliament's key historical milestones and stressing the importance of serving the people. He emphasized the fight against political corruption, reforms in personnel policy-including the creation of the Akylman school for future civil servants-and the need to enhance political culture through citizen participation. He also noted low voter turnout and suggested considering a bill making electoral participation mandatory.

Five deputy groups were formed in the parliament : "Ata-Zhurt," consisting of 18 deputies, is led by Nurlanbek Azygaliev. Nineteen deputies joined the "Mekenchil" group under the leadership of Kunduzbek Sulaimanov. Another 18 parliamentarians formed the "Eldik" group, headed by Akylbek Tumonbayev. "Adilet Kyrgyzstan" brought together 14 deputies, with Nurbek Sydygaliev as its leader. The "Ala-Too" group, consisting of 15 deputies, is led by Janarbek Akaev.

The Toraga (the speaker of the parliament) of the Jogorku Kenesh emphasized that the parliament will provide legislative support for the policies pursued by President Sadyr Japarov and actively contribute to the country's development. The Kyrgyz parliament stands out for its openness and its steadfast commitment to democratic values, both regionally and globally. "It is our responsibility not only to preserve these achievements but also to build upon them. We possess the necessary authority to do so," stated Nurlanbek Turgunbek uulu.
