Commonwealth Scholarship Commission annual report 2025: Together we thrive

This is the Commonwealth Scholarship Commission's 66th annual report to the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs. It was presented to Parliament pursuant to Paragraph 5 (2) of Schedule 2 of the International Development Act 2002.
