COLUMBUS, OH - Yesterday, the Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) Board approved financing from various programs to support four housing developments to create or preserve affordable housing units throughout the state. The developments that received Board approvals for funding are:
Central
Clover Glen II: National Church Residences received approval for a $2 million Housing Development Loan and $10 million in Ohio Low-Income Housing Tax Credits (LIHTCs) as well as approval to authorize up to $13.82 million in Multifamily Housing Revenue Bonds. The development will create 96 new units for older Ohioans in Columbus (Franklin County).
Stoneridge Court: National Church Residences received approval for a $1.75 million Housing Development Loan. The development, which previously received a reservation of 2025 9% LIHTCs, will preserve 47 units for older Ohioans and one manager's unit in Dublin (Franklin County).
Northeast
Oberlin Place: Co-developers, Barton Affordable Housing Inc. and SLK Capital Holdings, LLC, received approval for a $1.75 million Housing Development Loan. The development, which previously received a reservation of 2025 9% LIHTCs, will create 62 new units for older Ohioans in Oberlin (Lorain County).

Chesapeake Landing: Ironton-Lawrence County Area Community Action Organization received approval for a $1.75 million Housing Development Loan and $1 million in Housing Development Assistance Program funding. The development, which previously received a reservation of 2025 9% LIHTCs, will create 66 new units for older Ohioans in Chesapeake (Lawrence County).
