Commerce Committee Advances Five Nominations, Coast Guard Promotions

WASHINGTON, D.C -Today, the U.S. Senate Committee on Commerce, Science, and Transportation advanced five nominations for roles at the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), the National Transportation Safety Board (NTSB), the Surface Transportation Board (STB), the Department of Transportation, and the Department of Commerce. The Committee also voted to promote more than 200 Coast Guardsmen.
