Benefits and healthcare strategist brings deep experience optimizing program value and organizational performance
IRVINE, CA - Alliant Insurance Services has added Rebecca Ellis as Assistant Vice President within its Employee Benefits Group in the Rocky Mountain Region. The veteran consultant will partner with employers throughout the western region to develop strategic employee benefits and total rewards programs that optimize value and enhance organizational performance.

Ellis helps organizations design and manage employee benefits and total rewards programs that balance cost management with workforce engagement. Her background also includes leadership experience overseeing total rewards strategy for a large integrated health system, giving her valuable insight into both the consulting and operational sides of benefits management.
Prior to joining Alliant, Ellis was a Vice President with a global insurance brokerage and consulting firm. She earned a master's degree in business administration from Idaho State University and a master's degree in healthcare administration from Westminster College in Utah.
