President Meloni meets with the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Norway

The President of the Council of Ministers, Giorgia Meloni, had a meeting today with the Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Norway, Jonas Gahr Støre, in the margins of the European Political Community Summit in Budapest.

The two heads of government shared their intention to continue strengthening the already excellent bilateral cooperation, with particular reference to energy diversification, innovation and attracting mutual investments.

The meeting also provided an opportunity to discuss the main international political and security issues and allowed for possible synergies to be identified regarding cooperation with the African continent, in particular also as part of the Mattei Plan.
