Notice of Pipeline Request to Transfer Rights and Interests
The REGULATORY COMMISSION OF ALASKA (Commission) gives notice that on September 8, 2025, Pikka Transportation Company, LLC (PTC) and Oil Search (USA), Inc. (OSU) jointly filed a request seeking approval of an agreement to transfer and assign all rights, title, and interests in and to the connection agreement for the connection of the Pikka Sales Oil Pipeline to the Nanushuk Processing Facility (NPF) from OSU to PTC. Docket No. P-25-011 was opened to address this matter.
PTC is authorized to construct and operate the Pikka Sales Oil Pipeline, which originates at the NPF and terminates at the Kuparuk Sales Oil Pipeline. In addition, PTC is authorized to transport crude oil over the Pikka Sales Oil Pipeline, which is intended to transport sales quality oil produced from the Pikka Unit to the Kuparuk Pipeline for transportation to the Trans-Alaska Pipeline System.
