The Taste What Pork Can Do™ campaign is more than a national ad push; it's a rallying point for the entire pork industry to work together and inspire consumers to see pork in new ways. By highlighting pork's flavor, versatility and everyday appeal, the National Pork Board (NPB) has laid the foundation for packers, retailers and food service partners to build the campaign in their own unique ways.

Campaign launch day on May 6 was just the beginning. NPB continues to work closely with partners across the supply chain to help bring the campaign to life through media, in-store touchpoints and shopper engagement tools that meet consumers where they are.

Partners Bringing the Message to Life

Retailers nationwide are leaning into the Taste What Pork Can Do™ campaign with attention-grabbing activations in stores and online that inspire purchase and reinforce pork's everyday value. From print and digital ads to videos, in-store signage and even truck wraps, the message is reaching shoppers in creative, high-impact ways.

Check out a few examples of how the campaign is showing up this summer:

Dickey's BBQ launched a limited-time Hot Honey Pulled Pork Sandwich to spotlight pork's bold flavor City BBQ is featuring Pork Belly Burnt Ends as part of their summer menu lineup Schnucks ran pork-forward shopper ads promoting grilling-season staples Kwik Trip and Kwik Star created a campaign video highlighting pork's role in easy, delicious meals Fareway rolled out a branded truck wrap and in-store case clings to increase visibility of branding, spotlight pork products and generate excitement among shoppers at the meatcase.

This is just the beginning. These examples represent the initial wave of campaign activations. As the year goes on, even more retailers, packers and foodservice partners will launch their own unique promotions, building on this momentum to help consumers truly Taste What Pork Can Do™. NPB will continue sharing highlights as new activations roll out across the country.

Packers Expand the Reach with Brand-Specific Campaigns

Packers are adding their unique voices to the shared message. One example of that collaboration in action is Prairie Fresh's new "Now That's Pork." campaign. The Seaboard Foods brand is leveraging the national campaign's momentum to highlight its own story of quality, care and consistency through its vertically integrated model. With a cohesive marketing strategy-including connected TV, influencer content and in-store promotions-Prairie Fresh is reinforcing the message that not all pork is created equal.

Some packers are incorporating the campaign into packaging and point-of-sale signage. These activations extend the campaign's reach and help keep pork top of mind across every step of the purchasing experience.

Driving Demand Together

NPB continues to provide industry partners with the resources, tools and insights they need to effectively activate the Taste What Pork Can Do™ campaign. With a united front and a message rooted in taste, cultural relevance and versatility, the pork industry is creating a stronger presence in the protein case and in consumers' minds.

This collaborative approach reflects NPB's commitment to strengthening relationships across the industry and driving pork demand together. When packers, processors, retailers, state associations and pork producers rally behind a shared message, we create more excitement and more opportunity for consumers to truly Taste What Pork Can Do™.

Tune into the Pork Academy session to hear how Taste What Pork Can Do™ is building momentum and driving pork demand across the supply chain.
