STATEMENT: First Lady in Washington for Fostering the Future Together Summit.

Her Excellency Lordina Dramani Mahama is in Washington, D.C., at the invitation of the First Lady of the United States, to attend the Fostering the Future Together Global Coalition Summit.
The two-day summit convened by First Lady Melania Trump brings together first spouses from across the world to discuss strategies for a more secure and equitable digital future for children.
Mrs Mahama, in a commitment statement ahead of the summit, stated that "Ghana stands ready to ensure technology becomes a force for empowerment, not endangerment, for every child. Our children's future is our shared moral duty and generational responsibility."
