Attorney General Phil Weiser announces charges in Medicaid adult daycare kickback case
(DENVER) - The Colorado Attorney General's Office and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the District of Colorado today announced that Mohamed Elias Omer has been charged with paying illegal kickbacks to induce Medicaid beneficiaries to attend Nadina Adult Daycare Center LLC.
