NAVY

Balfour Beatty Construction LLC, Falls Church, Virgina; Clark Construction Group LLC, Bethesda, Maryland; EVCON-CWC JV,* Washington, D.C.; Grunley Construction Co., Inc., Rockville, Maryland; The Whiting-Turner Contracting Co.,* Baltimore, Maryland; and Walsh Federal LLC,* Chicago, Illinois, are awarded a combined $8,000,000,000 indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity, multiple award construction contract for large- scale military infrastructure projects. This contract provides for new construction, demolition, repair, alteration, and renovation of buildings, systems and infrastructure, and may include civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, fire protection, and/or communication systems. Work will be performed at various locations within Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command (NAVFAC) Washington's area of operations, including Virginia (60%), Maryland (30%), and Washington, D.C. (10%), and is expected to be completed by June 2034. The maximum dollar value, including the base period and two option periods, is $8,000,000,000. Raytheon Co., Tucson, Arizona, is awarded a not-to-exceed $1,108,009,001 modification (P00007) to a previously awarded fixed-price incentive (firm-target) contract (N0001924C0032). S. each under 1% (8.21%); and is expected to be complete by September 2029. Fiscal 2024 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $245,745; fiscal 2024 missile procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $844,806; fiscal 2025 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $99,960,925; fiscal 2025 missile procurement (Army) funds in the amount of $2,936,489; fiscal 2025 missile procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $114,456,862; fiscal 2026 weapons procurement (Navy) funds in the amount of $73,920,568; fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds in the amount of $2,126,580; fiscal 2026 missile procurement (Air Force) funds in the amount of $91,216,645; fiscal 2026 missile procurement (Army) funds in the amount of $41,702,961; and FMS funds in the amount of $744,194,964, will be obligated at the time of award, $119,226,341 of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Significance Inc.,* Annapolis, Maryland, is awarded a $38,000,000 modification to increase the maximum dollar value of previously awarded indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, with provisions for labor-hour or firm-fixed price task orders, for professional services in support of the Department of Navy's real property management system and financial management systems. This award brings the total cumulative face value of the contract to $78,000,000. Work will be performed at Navy, Marine Corps, and Air Force installations, and other federal locations, and is expected to be completed by December 2027. No funds will be obligated at time of award. Fiscal 2026 operations and maintenance (Navy) funds will be obligated on individual task orders. GE Aviation Systems LLC, Vandalia, Ohio, is being awarded $26,732,664 for firm-fixed-price delivery order N00383-26-F-TC06 under previously awarded basic ordering agreement (N00383-22-G-TC01) for the purchase of 63 generator control units used on the F/A-18 aircraft. All work will be performed in Vandalia, Ohio, and work will be completed by December 2026. Fiscal 2026 working capital funds (Navy) in the amount of $26,732,664 will be obligated at time of award and those funds will not expire at the end of the applicable fiscal year. One company was solicited for this sole-source requirement pursuant to the authority set forth in 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1) and one offer received. Naval Supply Systems Command Weapon Systems Support, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is the contracting activity.

Global, A 1st Flagship Co.,* Irvine, California, was awarded a $15,970,025 firm-fixed-price modification to previously awarded contract (N0002422C4203) to exercise options for the accomplishment of the Inactive Ships Maintenance Philadelphia requirement. Work will be performed in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, and is expected to be completed by June 2027. Fiscal 2026 operations and management (Navy) funds in the amount of $3,692,492 were obligated at the time of award and will not expire at the end of the current fiscal year. Raytheon, Fullerton, California, is awarded a $12,031,117 firm-fixed-price undefinitized order (N0001926F0155) against a previously issued basic ordering agreement (N0001925G0009). This order provides for one Joint Precision Approach and Landing System, On Board Repair Parts and Installation and Check-Out Kit for the Government of Italy. Work will be performed in Largo, Florida (30%); Fullerton, California (50%); and Cedar Rapids, Iowa (20%), and is expected to be completed in March 2028. Fiscal 2026 Foreign Military Sales funds in the amount of $12,031,117 will be obligated at the time of award, none of which will expire at the end of the current fiscal year. DEFENSE LOGISTICS AGENCY

ASRC Federal Facilities Logistics, Beltsville, Maryland, has been awarded a maximum $1,525,000,000 fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract for industrial product support. This was a competitive acquisition with three responses received. This is a five-year base contract with one three-year option period and one two-year option period. Locations of performance are Georgia, Oklahoma, and Utah, with a Dec. 31, 2031, performance completion date. Type of appropriation is fiscal 2026 through 2032 defense working capital funds. Sysco Syracuse, Warners, New York, has been awarded a maximum $33,203,055 modification (P0007) to a two-year base contract (SPE300-21-D-3318) with two 18-month option periods for an additional 361 days extending the period of performance. This is a fixed-price with economic-price-adjustment, indefinite-quantity contract. The ordering period end date is June 26, 2027. Using military services are Army and Marine Corps. Oshkosh Defense LLC, Oshkosh, Wisconsin, has been awarded an estimated $9,266,404 firm-fixed-price, requirements contract for pneumatic tire wheel assemblies. This was a sole-source acquisition using justification 10 U.S. Code 3204 (a)(1), as stated in Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1. This is a three-year contract with no option periods. This contract provides continued ocean liner service between Jacksonville/Blount Island, Florida; and U.S. Naval Station Guantanamo Bay, Cuba.
