Complete Assigned Compliance Training by May 29 Deadline

Assigned compliance training courses are available for faculty and staff to complete.

Employees can access their assigned online trainings by logging in with their UTAD credentials. Employees will also receive enrollment notifications and email reminders from our training provider, Vector Solutions.

The deadline for all employees to complete all assigned courses is Friday, May 29. Allow about one hour to complete each course. Training may take more or less time depending on an individual's pace.

The assigned online 2026 compliance training courses for faculty and staff are:

Assigned to all employees:

• Ohio Ethics Law

• Discrimination Awareness in the Workplace

Assigned to applicable employees:

• Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act - required of all departments listed as part of the hybrid and affiliated covered entity, and all employees who reside on Health Science Campus.

• Medicare Fraud, Waste and Abuse - to be completed by all Health Science Campus employees and individuals who work with patients and employees who work in clinical areas on Main Campus.

Please read the instructions before starting each course. While the courses function in all web browsers, it is recommended to use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox, which are fully updated.
