Forbes lists Nubank among World’s Top Performing Banks

São Paulo, Brazil, September 9, 2026 - Nubank has been recognized in the inaugural edition of Forbes' World's Top Performing Banks 2026, a ranking presented by Forbes in partnership with Statista Inc., the leading statistics portal and industry ranking provider.

The ranking recognizes the top-performing banks worldwide based on a standardized framework designed to ensure data integrity, comparability, and transparency across markets and bank business models. Banks were evaluated based on key financial metrics including profitability, growth and earnings quality, capital and funding resilience, and asset quality and efficiency. Based on this evaluation, this year's list includes the top 500 banks across 88 countries.

This recognition adds to a series of milestones for Nubank, including being named the number one bank in Brazil for eight years in a row and in Mexico for the fifth consecutive year in the Forbes' World's Best Banks ranking.
