Venture One Fund Acquires 30,963 Square Foot Multi-Tenant Industrial Building In Elmhurst, Illinois
Rosemont, IL - September 5, 2023 - Venture One Real Estate through its acquisition fund, VK Industrial VI, LP, has closed on the acquisition of a 30,963 square foot multi-tenant industrial building located at 851 Industrial Drive in Elmhurst, Illinois. The building is fully leased to seven tenants.
The multi-tenant building was constructed in 1980 and sits on 1.50-acres of land. It features 7 docks and parking for 36 cars. Each unit has its own dock and office area.
