DALLAS - A Moisés E. Molina High School senior is leaving her mark as a hopeful first-generation college student determined to inspire others. After transferring to Dallas ISD her sophomore year, Sunny E. quickly became a leader on campus by serving as senior class vice president, captain of the speech and debate team, and lead officer of the leadership program. Known for her school spirit and dedication, Sunny plans to study political science at the University of Texas at Austin before pursuing law at Southern Methodist University, continuing her mission to uplift her community and create lasting change.

This morning, Dr. L.G. Pinkston Sr. High School celebrated their new pickleball court with a ribbon-cutting ceremony - marking an exciting addition to campus recreation and student wellness. The event also welcomed professional pickleball player Blaine Hovenier, who joined students for a live activation with tips, demonstrations, and friendly competition. Students, staff, and community members gathered to mark this exciting addition to the campus.
