From Tech Rookie to Finance Virtuoso

When Rome joined Visteon 25 years ago, she had no finance background. She jumped into Visteon as an Analyst for Labor Control and Payroll within Information Technology-a finance novice ready to learn and grow. She absorbed every lesson, embraced every challenge, and gradually transformed into a finance professional who now orchestrates the delicate balance between products, people and numbers.

Historic Moments in Time

Even in the seemingly dry world of digits and decimals, Rome found moments that made her heart race. Some of the highlights she shared with us show how every role can create meaningful change. Upon reflection, implementing direct deposit for suppliers, rolling out new payroll applications in Mexico, and supporting acquisition details are not simply tasks checked off a list. These are all bold steps in the never-ending quest for efficiency; one that Rome has set on to improve her colleagues' professional lives.

Based in Mexico, Rome has built worldwide connections throughout her career.
