At this year's National Restaurant Association Show, the Hormel Foods team delivered an immersive, operator-first experience that brought bold solutions to life.

The 5,000-square-foot Hormel Foods booth drew on the expertise of more than 60 team members from Hormel Foods Foodservice, Hormel Foods International and MegaMex Foods (Orange, California). It also featured a 50-seat restaurant where innovative offerings drove traffic and kept seats full.

Energy was high throughout the show, fueled by buzz around the SPAM® Dog which became the talk of the event with both media and customers - 1,000 servings gone by 1:15 p.m. each day. The culinary team's creativity and hospitality kept crowds coming and conversations flowing, while driving strong engagement across social media.

"This team fully lived our new Purpose, Mission and Values by building trust, having each other's back, and showcasing bold innovation from Calabrian pizza toppings to SPAM® Dogs and Flash 180™ chicken tenders," said Beth Fehrenbacher, innovation team lead for Foodservice.
