Baker McKenzie client Calera Capital announced it has acquired ReVamp Companies, a leading provider of specialty floor and surface coatings, fencing, and decking services for single family homeowners. The transaction was completed in early January 2026.
Calera Capital, a leading middle-market private equity firm focused on high-growth, multi-site services platforms, partnered with ReVamp's Founder and CEO Jeff Gear and the existing management team to accelerate growth and expand the company's footprint. The transaction represents Calera's sixth investment from Fund VI.
