NEW YORK, NY - April 30, 2026 - Audacy today announced the appointment of two new members of its Board of Directors, Walker Jacobs, DAZN Global Chief Revenue Officer and President of DAZN USA, and Gabriel Brotman of Soros Fund Management.

DAZN is the world's leading sports entertainment platform. As Global Chief Revenue Officer and President of DAZN USA, Jacobs leads the company's global advertising, brand partnerships, and U.S. business development. A veteran media and ad-tech executive with more than 25 years of experience, Jacobs most recently served as Chief Revenue Officer of Twitch Advertising and Managing Director of Sports at Amazon Ads. There, he drove global sales and marketing strategy, launched innovative ad products and the Brand Partnership Studio, and played a key role in scaling Amazon's sports advertising business, including NFL Thursday Night Football.
Previously, Jacobs held senior leadership roles as COO of Fandom and EVP, Head of Turner Digital at Turner Broadcasting System (now part of Warner Bros. Discovery), where he oversaw digital revenue across a vast portfolio of premium sports, news, and entertainment brands.
Brotman recently joined Soros Fund Management in the company's media partnerships and investments group. He previously served as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Axel Springer SE's North American business, which includes Politico, Business Insider, Morning Brew Inc., and eMarketer. Earlier in his career, he worked in various corporate development and operating roles at Politico in Washington, Brussels, and New York.
