The City of Portland has launched a new public-facing tool that allows community members to track graffiti reports and cleanup efforts across the city.
The Portland Graffiti Dashboardprovides real-time insights into where graffiti is being reported, how frequently it occurs, and how the City is responding. By making this information publicly accessible, the dashboard helps improve transparency and supports more responsive, data-informed service delivery.
"This dashboard gives Portlanders a clearer view into how graffiti is impacting their neighborhoods and how the City is responding," said Matt Olguin, Graffiti Abatement Program Manager. "Community reporting is essential to this effort, and this tool helps us turn that information into action."
Graffiti impacts neighborhoods, businesses, and public spaces across Portland. The new dashboard offers a clearer picture of these impacts while helping the City better understand trends and prioritize cleanup efforts.
Community members play an important role in this work. Reports submitted through the City's Report Graffiti Formdirectly inform response efforts and help crews address graffiti more quickly and efficiently.
The dashboard is part of the City's broader commitment to improving access to information and strengthening communication with the public. By pairing community reporting with open data, Portland is working to deliver more transparent and effective services.
