Kranzmann notified TLP Acquisition Holdings, LLC ("TLP Acquisition"), the indirect 100% owner of TLP, of her intention to retire from her position as Executive Vice President, Business Development of TLP, and its subsidiaries, effective as of March 31, 2026.
