As higher education continues to navigate seismic changes in federal policy, funding, and legal​ frameworks, states are emerging as key players in preserving and advancing the value of postsecondary education.​​ ​A new webinar on May 19 at 3:00 p.m. ET, hosted by ACE, in collaboration with the Brookings Institution's Brown Center for Education Policy, will explore how state leaders are stepping up-and what comes next.​

With no end in sight to the uncertainty around federal higher education policy, this timely webinar brings together state policy experts and higher education leaders to explore what can be done now-and what innovations may be on the horizon. The panel, hosted by ACE Senior Vice President of Government Relations and National Engagement Jon Fansmith, will discuss the current state policy landscape, highlight successful leadership strategies, and explore practical steps institutions and state systems can take to adapt and lead.
