(WASHINGTON, D.C.) - The Consumer Healthcare Products Association (CHPA) today issued the following statement regarding leadership changes affecting the regulation of over-the-counter (OTC) medicines at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

"CHPA and its member companies appreciate Dr. Michele's many years of public service overseeing the regulation of OTC medicines. This is important work that benefits millions of Americans each and every day." Said CHPA President & CEO Scott Melville.
