Call for ColorPalooza 2026 vendors

The City of Lewisville is now accepting vendor applications for ColorPalooza: A Celebration of Spring festival.

Artist/Exhibitor vendors, Nonprofit vendors, Food Product Exhibitor vendors, and Eco-Alley vendors are encouraged to apply as the success of ColorPalooza is largely dependent on a variety of vendors offering different artistic and environmental options.

In keeping with the theme of celebrating arts and culture, corporate or commercial companies are not being accepted as vendors. In addition, applications for food vendors are not being accepted. Food vendors will be selected by festival staff as a way to celebrate culture through food.

Vendor application deadline is Sunday, March 29. Vendor applications are available online at LewisvilleColorPalooza.com. For answers to vendor-related questions, contact Shelly Pershing at [email protected].

ColorPalooza: A Celebration of Spring festival will be held on Saturday, April 25, 10 a.m.-5 p.m., in and around Wayne Ferguson Plaza, 150 W. Church Street. This free, family-friendly event features a wide variety of exhibits and interactive activities with a "spring" feel. Visitors will get to show off their artistic abilities, watch skilled artists create one-of-a-kind masterpieces, learn to better care for the earth, and learn how to make their homes more environmentally friendly.

To qualify as an Artist/Exhibitor vendor, all products on display must be handcrafted, hand-stitched, homemade, or manufactured by the applicant or applicant's representatives. Examples include paintings, sculpture, pottery/ceramics, textile arts, photography, hand-carved items, handmade jewelry, bead work, up-cycled materials, mosaics, hand-sewn quilts, crafts, leatherworking, metalworking, stained glass, and blown glass objects.

Nonprofit organizations wanting to participate in ColorPalooza are welcome and are encouraged to provide some type of interactive craft or art project during the event to reinforce the festival theme. Vendors must have and be able to present a valid 501c(3) or 501c(6) certificate.
