Michelle Stokes named ATC’s director of system operations

PEWAUKEE, Wis. - ATC is excited to share that, effective January 2, 2025, Michelle Stokes is Director of System Operations. Michelle has been with ATC for over 20 years and has a wide breadth of knowledge including environmental, vegetation management and transmission-line maintenance with skills pertaining to safety and incident response. In her most recent role as Director, Safety & Field Services, Stokes lead this new function by aligning departments responsible for safety and human performance, construction management, vegetation management, commissioning, and maintenance.

This experience and her strong network of cross-functional relationships will be a tremendous asset for the System Operations team. The Director of System Operations role is critical to our growing capital plan and corporate strategy. The role will also be integral to leading ATC through the many anticipated changes coming to compliance and technology in our industry.
