New Member of the Supervisory Board of The Kingfish Company

We are pleased to welcome Arni Oddur Thordarson as the newest member of our Supervisory Board, following his election at this afternoon's Extraordinary General Meeting.

Arni brings extensive industrial and international business experience. He served for 18 years as Chairman and later CEO of Marel, now JBT Marel, a global leader in advanced automation solutions for the food and beverage industry. He is currently Chairman of Eyrir, an international investment company based in Iceland, which will become a major shareholder of The Kingfish Company.

Arni also has strong ties to the Netherlands, having served for many years as a non-executive director of Fokker Technologies and Stork, two iconic Dutch technology companies with a distinguished industrial heritage.

His proven track record in building and scaling global technology businesses will be highly valuable as we continue to execute our growth strategy. We look forward to working closely with Arni and the other members of the Supervisory Board as we enter the next phase of The Kingfish Company's development.
