Notice of Evidentiary Hearing – Young Brothers’ Rate Increase Application

The PUC issued a notice that it will conduct an evidentiary hearing September 29 through October 3 on Young Brothers' rate increase request. The hearing will broadcast live on ʻŌlelo Community Media and be streamed and recorded on the Commission's YouTube channel at https://youtube.com/@hpuc.

During this formal proceeding, Young Brothers' representatives will testify under oath and answer questions from the Commission about its request. This evidentiary hearing follows a series of in-person public hearings held statewide in April and May 2025, where community members shared their views.

PUBLIC COMMENTS AND STATEMENTS

Members of the public are invited to submit written public comments expressing their views on Young Brother's request. All submissions will be publicly available on the PUC's Case and Document Management System.
