On 4 December 2025, the Council adopted Decision (CFSP) 2025/24691.

The Decision extends the restrictive measures set out in Articles 2 and 3 of Decision (CFSP) 2020/1999 as regards the natural or legal persons, entities, and bodies listed in the Annex of that Decision until 8 December 2026. The Decision also updates entries concerning 27 natural persons and 12 entities listed.

Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Moldova (Republic of), Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway and Ukraine align themselves with this Council Decision.

They will ensure that their national policies conform to this Council Decision.

The European Union takes note of this commitment and welcomes it.
