Casa Muir Medical Center Renovation is Complete
Nearon Enterprises is proud to announce the completion of its renovation of Casa Muir, a 14,694 SF medical office building located in Walnut Creek, California.
The property is master leased to John Muir Health. We are pleased to have been represented by Mark Rinkle and Simon Vogt of Lee & Associates, and to have worked with Kevin Mechelke and Trent Barnby of Jones Lang LaSalle.
We, would also like to thank our Architect, ID/Architecture, and our General Contractor, WCI-GC, along with all the other Engineers and Consultants that contributed to this renovation project.
