HRM: Electronic official personnel folder migration

On May 19, 2025, the Office of Personnel Management is migrating to a new eOPF platform.

Therefore, the eOPF system will be unavailable from May 16-18, 2025. Employees are responsible for reviewing their own eOPF for accuracy at all times.

Human Resources Management recommends downloading a copy of your eOPF prior to migration. When you log into eOPF, click on the top tab "My eOPF Print Folder," then in the "Select Folder Side" click on the box "Select All," and then select "Print Single Side." This will download a copy of your entire eOPF into a pdf. It could take up to 48 hours to download a copy of your eOPF, it just depends on how many documents are in your eOPF. Once the eOPF is downloaded, you will be able to save these in your files.

What is an eOPF?

eOPF is part of a government-wide system of official personnel records for federal government employees. These personnel records document an employee's federal government career and include: Standard Forms 50 (SF-50), beneficiary forms, Thrift Saving Plan changes, and other authorized personnel documents.

To learn more about eOPF, please visit HRM's website.
