Part III - NARRATIVE

State below in reasonable detail why Forms 10-K, 20-F, 11-K, 10-Q, 10-D, N-CEN, N-CSR, or the transition report or portion thereof, could not be filed within the prescribed time period.

US Lighting Group, Inc. was unable to timely file its Form 10-Q for the quarter ended September 30, 2024 due to the departure of the company's chief financial officer just before the quarter-end. Michael A. Coates stepped down as the company's CFO on September 27, 2024. The decision was a mutual one between Mr. Coates and our board of directors. At this time the board has not yet identified a new CFO, but is in the process of conducting a search. In the interim, Mr. Coates' departure has delayed our completion of this quarter's Form 10-Q. We expect to file our Form 10-Q within the five-day extension period provided by Rule 12b-25.

Our revenues decreased approximately 80% in the quarter ended September 30, 2024 compared to the third quarter of 2023, primarily as a result of decreased sales of campers by our Cortes Campers subsidiary in 2024.
