Update: Power Out Again in East Dublin

Update: For the second time today, power is out in East Dublin. PG&E is working to restore power to thousands of homes in Dublin, but restoration is not expected until about 10:00 p.m. City of Dublin has learned that PG&E is repairing a broken transformer in the area.
