TSAHC Awarded $40,000 from the Mortgage Grant Fund

The Texas State Affordable Housing Corporation (TSAHC) has been selected to receive a $40,000 grant from the Mortgage Grant Fund (MGF) to support Housing Connection, TSAHC's training initiative which provides training to nonprofit housing counselors who provide homebuyer and financial education to low and moderate income families. TSAHC is grateful for the Mortgage Grant Fund and their support of our trainings in 2025.

The mission of the Mortgage Grant Fund is to support financial education, literacy, and capability that lead to tangible improvements in financial health, enabling consumers to obtain and maintain homeownership. The grant program is administered by the Texas Department of Savings and Mortgage Lending.
