Chris Chandler Joins Anania & Associates as General Counsel

Anania & Associates Investment Company LLC (AAI), a Maine based private equity firm focused on supporting sustainable growth for its portfolio companies, announces Chris Chandler has joined the firm as General Counsel.

Mr. Chandler brings over 35 years of experience advising businesses and financial institutions on mergers and acquisitions, employment, contracts, and intellectual property.

Leveraging his business, legal and operating experience, Mr. Chandler will work closely with Founder and President, Peter V. Anania to continue to advise the firm and its portfolio of companies.

A former attorney with Curtis Thaxter LLC and co-owner of Wells Wood Turning & Finishing, Chris brings a unique combination of operating, legal, and manufacturing experience to the Anania & Associates team.

Chandler's area of focus will include general counsel and advising the A&A family of companies with mergers and acquisitions, employment, contracts, intellectual property, and more.

Mr. Chandler comments on his new position at AAI:
