Paragon Bank enthusiastically welcomes three new mortgage professionals. Stephen Lewis and Bart Land will join the Franklin, TN banking center, while Marty Maitland will serve the Paragon's West Tennessee market.

Lewis will serve as the new Senior Vice President, Regional Mortgage Executive. He brings 33 years of mortgage lending experience to Paragon. Land joins as a Vice President, Mortgage Consultant with more than 23 years of lending experience. Maitland joins as a Mortgage Consultant, bringing 42 years of mortgage experience.

"We are incredibly excited to welcome these great lenders to the Paragon Bank team in Middle Tennessee," said Keith Fuller, Market President - Nashville. "They represent a combined total of almost 96 years of industry and market experience. This experienced team of industry professionals represents an important step in building our Middle Tennessee presence. I look forward to working with each of them towards our shared success."

Lewis, a past president of the Middle Tennessee Mortgage Bankers Association, graduated from Mississippi State University (MSU). In addition to being a Mortgage Loan Officer, he has also played a key role as a Mortgage Executive in establishing and developing various mortgage departments at community banks in the Middle Tennessee market. He served on the Board of the Nashville Mortgage Bankers Association for 4 years and has been active through the Greater Nashville Association of Realtors and the Williamson County Association of Realtors. Stephen and his wife, Angie, reside in Franklin, Tennessee. In his spare time, he enjoys MSU and Tennessee Titans football, as well as fishing, golfing, duck hunting and spending time with family and friends.

"I'm excited to join the Paragon team, especially in the Middle Tennessee market. I'm born and raised in West Tennessee, but I have made Middle Tennessee my home for the past 30 years," he said. "Paragon's outstanding reputation and expanding market presence makes it an ideal environment for any mortgage professional. I'm eager to contribute to Paragon's legacy of excellence and to provide unparalleled service to our clients."

Land, born and raised in Williamson County, lives there today with his wife, Kemble. He loves outdoor activities and spending time with family and friends. Maitland graduated from the University of Tennessee as a finance major. He served on the Board of Directors for the Middle Tennessee Homebuilders as the financial liaison. He was married for 38 years and has two grown sons residing in the Nashville area. He's an avid golfer and enjoys watching most sports.

"I am so excited about the new opportunities Paragon Bank will provide us and our customers," Land said. "We look forward to helping Paragon grow in the Franklin market!"

Maitland agrees.

"I'm very eager to help grow market share for the mortgage division in West Tennessee," he said.
