The Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve the following requests:

Steamboat Property Owner LLC (F032268, P0040265):

CHAPTER 6, SECTION 2 CONSTRUCTION/MODIFICATION PERMIT - Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality PUBLIC NOTICE: In accordance with Chapter 6, Section 2(m) of the Wyoming Air Quality Standards and Regulations, notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality, Division of Air Quality, proposes to approve a request by Steamboat Property Owner LLC to install fifty (50) 4,309 hp Cummins C3000D6e diesel-fired emergency generator engines (ENG001-ENG050), fifty (50) 7,900 gallon diesel storage tanks (TNK001-TNK050), one (1) 1,876 hp Cummins C1250D6E diesel-fired emergency generator engine (ENG051), and one (1) 4,550 gallon diesel storage tank (TNK051) at the Project Steamboat CYS01. The Project Steamboat CYS01 is located in Section 29, T14N, R65W, approximately seven (7) miles east of Cheyenne, in Laramie County, Wyoming. Steamboat Property Owner LLC proposes to limit the operating hours of the fifty-one (51) diesel-fired emergency generator engines (ENG001-ENG051) to 100 hours per year for each engine.

For the duration of the public comment period, the permit application, the agency's analysis, and the public notice are available for public inspection online at https://openair.wyo.gov, utilizing facility ID F032268 and permit number P0040265 under permits. This material may also be viewed online, at the above URL, utilizing a public computer at the Laramie County Library, Cheyenne, Wyoming. Additionally, for the duration of the public comment period a copy of this public notice is available for public inspection at the Laramie County Clerk's Office, Cheyenne, Wyoming.
