(OTC PINK: CRWE) announced today that, effective immediately, the Company has accepted the resignation of its Board member and Vice President of Operations, Mohammad Sadrolashrafi, as well as appointing Robert James Kane as a new Board member and Business Development Officer.

Robert Kane has 15 years of C-level consultant experience, specializing in investor relations and business development.

The Board will remain at five (5) members.
