Instructions to Candidates for Physical Reporting and Admission Formalities

Candidates qualified for the Mop-Up Round should follow these guidelines to acquire an MBBS/BDS seat:

University Fee Submission: The candidate once allotted a seat for the first time shall be required to pay the non-refundable University Fee amounting to Rs.12600/- through online mode on the portal to download their Provisional Allotment Letter. No fee is to be paid again by the Candidates who had earlier paid the university fee in Phase 1 or Phase 2 and upgraded/slid to a different college.

Physical Reporting Essential: The candidate should report in person to the principal's office of the medical/dental college he/she has been allotted, so as to deposit the original certificates, payment receipts, and the requisite fee for tuition within the timeframe indicated in your provisional allotment letter.

Mandatory Joining Rule: Candidates who get a fresh allotment or upgrade their seat in the Mop-Up round have to join the allotted college within the given date. Non-reporting means cancellation and forfeiture of the seat allotted.

No Free Exit Policy: There is no privilege of free exit as per state university rules during or after the Mop-Up session. The candidate cancelling a joined seat after this stage will be subject to financial penalty clauses and barring stipulations as per YSRUHS guidelines.
