Court’s CM/ECF Site Subject to a Technical Failure on September 24-25, 2026

The Northern District of Georgia's Case Management / Electronic Case Files (CM/ECF) system became unavailable for attorneys to file at approximately 10:15 a.m. on September 24, 2026. The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts in Washington, D.C. is responsible for the system and notified the Court at 12:02 p.m. on September 25, 2026, that the issue was resolved. The clerk's office for the Northern District of Georgia has deemed the ECF site to have been subject to a technical failure from 10:15 a.m. on September 24 until 12:02 p.m. on September 25, 2026. Pursuant to Appendix H to the Local Rules for the Northern District of Georgia, an attorney may timely file a declaration seeking relief from the Court for not meeting a deadline as a result of the technical failure. A sample declaration appears at Form B attached to Appendix H.
