UP NEET PG Counselling Registration Ends October 26: The Directorate of Medical Education and Training (DMET), Uttar Pradesh, is closing the online registration window for UP NEET PG Counselling 2026 Round 1 on October 26 at 11:00 AM . Candidates seeking admission to MD, MS, Diploma, and DNB courses under the state quota seats across government and private medical colleges in UP must complete their registration at upneet.gov.in.

While form submission closes at 11:00 AM, the portal allows payment of the non-refundable registration fee of ₹3,000 and the mandatory security deposit until 2:00 PM on October 26. The security deposit varies depending on the target institution, ₹30,000 for government medical colleges, ₹2,000,000 for private medical colleges, and ₹1,000,000 for private dental colleges.

Following the registration cutoff, DMET Uttar Pradesh will release the Round 1 Merit List on October 26. The online choice filling window opens on October 26 at 5:00 PM and remain active until October 30 at 5:00 PM. The Round 1 seat allotment results are scheduled for release on November 2, 2026.

UP NEET PG Counselling 2026 Round 1 Application Process

To submit the application before the deadline, candidates can follow these steps:

1. Visit the official online portal at upneet.gov.in.

2. Click on the Round 1 UP NEET PG Counselling 2026 link.

3. Log in using your NEET PG roll number and registered email ID.

4. Fill in the required academic and personal details, then upload the necessary documents.

5. Complete the payment for the ₹3,000 registration fee and the respective security deposit using online payment modes before 2:00 PM.

6. Submit the form and download the confirmation slip and payment receipt for future reference.

Candidates must ensure they keep copies of their NEET PG admit card, rank card, MBBS degree certificate, internship completion certificate, permanent or provisional registration certificate issued by NMC/MCI, and category certificates ready for verification during admission reporting.
