The Chair of Devon County Council, Councillor Caroline Leaver, today, said:
"On behalf of Devon County Council I would like to wish a happy and peaceful Eid a-Fitr to all our Muslim residents, businesses and staff members celebrating today.
"As the holy month of Ramadan concludes, we celebrate the values of community, gratitude and generosity that this festival represents. We hope you enjoy this special time with your family, friends and loved ones. Eid Mubarak."
