The brokerage will infuse West Palm Beach's landmark waterfront project with vast reach and innovative technology

WEST PALM BEACH, FL. - October 3, 2025 - Compass, Inc. (NYSE: COMP), the largest residential real estate brokerage in the United States and leading tech-enabled real estate services company, announces it will be leading sales for Olara, West Palm Beach's highly anticipated luxury condominium development, developed by Savanna. Located at 1919 North Flagler Drive, the development is poised to become the centerpiece of West Palm Beach's waterfront, offering a seamless blend of resort-level amenities, elegant design with sweeping views of the Intracoastal Waterway, Palm Beach Island and the Atlantic Ocean.

Sales at Olara will continue to be led by seasoned Palm Beach executive Alison Newton, SVP of Luxury Sales at Compass Development Marketing Group (CDMG), who brings decades of experience in the real estate development industry. Having worked for many years with developers of luxury condominiums throughout Palm Beach and South Florida, Chris Deitz, a top Compass agent with almost three decades of experience and $2 billion in sales in the Palm Beaches, will serve as the project's Palm Beach ambassador.

Olara is a project developed by Savanna, a proven owner, operator, developer and institutional fund manager that has been in business for 33 years, during which time it has invested in and developed over 17 million square feet of real estate. Other parties affiliated with the sponsorship of the project include the Mactaggart Family Partnership, which has invested in and developed premier real estate projects in the United States and England for over 100 years, as well as Haymes Investment Company and Brandon Rinker, which were instrumental in putting under contract several of the parcels within the assemblage that created the Olara development site.
