Family-owned and operated company sweeps all seven study factors and is ranked "Highest in Guest Satisfaction Among Upscale Hotel Chains"

LOUIS, Mo. - (July 15, 2025) - Drury Hotels Company, LLC, a leading, service-oriented hospitality company with more than 150 hotels in 30 states, ranked #1 in their first year in the Upscale segment of the J.D. Power 2025 North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index (NAGSI) Study^SM. In their 19th year as a J.D. Power winner, Drury Hotels led all seven study categories for the Upscale segment.

The J.D. Power North America Hotel Guest Satisfaction Index (NAGSI) Study, now in its 29th year, measures overall hotel guest satisfaction based on performance in seven different dimensions. As a first-time entrant in the Upscale category, Drury Hotels swept all seven study dimensions, including food and beverage, guest room, hotel facility, hotel connectivity, hotel staff, value for prices paid, and check-in/check-out. The study is based on responses from 39,219 hotel guests for stays between May 2024 and May 2025.
