commercial lawn care companies, today announced it has acquired 4-Evergreen, LLC (4-Evergreen), a
locally owned provider of lawn care, tree and shrub care, and outdoor pest control services based in
Jackson, Tennessee. The acquisition, finalized on October 9, 2026, brings a well-established brand with a
loyal customer base into the TMB family and into two new markets for the company.

Founded in 2001, 4-Evergreen has spent 25 years serving homeowners across West Tennessee and
Southeast Missouri, including Jackson, Collierville, Germantown, Bartlett, Dyersburg, Union City, and
Kennett, Missouri. The company offers fertilization and weed control, aeration, tree and shrub care,
mosquito control, and outdoor pest control, backed by a satisfaction guarantee and a 4.8-star rating from
more than 1,300 Google reviews.

The acquisition continues Turf Masters Brands' growth in the Chicago market. TMB already has a strong
presence in the northern suburbs through Emerald Lawn Care in Wheeling, Illinois, acquired more than
two years ago, along with its ExperiGreen Lawn Care operations in the Chicago area. The addition of
Turf Guys builds on that foundation and extends TMB's reach further into the Lake Country area.
