RFP for Behavioral Health Services Act-Funded Program Services

Notice is hereby given that a portion of the above-referenced Request for Proposals (RFP) is being cancelled, in accordance with County's reservation of rights under Part 5, Section I.C of the RFP. Specifically: the scope of services under the RFP is being reduced, to eliminate Category 1.4 - Family and Client Education & Support Program as found in Attachment G (BHSA-Funded Program Descriptions and Allocations) of the RFP.

All proposals received for said eliminated scope are rejected to the extent of that eliminated scope. Proposals as to any other, remaining scope(s) are not affected or impacted by this Notice. Proposals that included both the eliminated scope and any other scope(s) will only be considered with regard to the non-eliminated portion of scope.

The County intends to issue a new Request for Proposals to include the eliminated scope. Proposers desiring to re-propose on said scope are encouraged to propose, and to monitor the County's solicitation portal events for the new Request for Proposals. Proposers desiring to propose on the new scope must submit a new proposal; proposal materials already received on RFP No. SC001-0000002122 will not be further considered for purposes of the subject scope.
